Der von grub-efi-AMD64 signierte Paket-Subprozess nach der Installation hat den Fehler-Exit-Status 127 zurückgegeben

Auf meinem Dual-Boot-Laptop läuft nach einem Upgrade Ubuntu 18.04.3 als Hauptbetriebssystem, auch unter Windows. Immer wenn ich versuche, Apps zu installieren oder zu aktualisieren, wird folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt:

Dies geschieht nun mit jeder Interaktion, die sehr unpraktisch ist. Ich habe bereits versucht, grub zu aktualisieren, hatte aber keine Lösung dafür.
