Also hier ist was ich getan habe.
Edit: Über ein Jahr ist vergangen, seit ich herausfand, dass die vorige Antwort viel nutzlosen Code (woops) hatte und das CAB-Ding mit viel weniger Aufwand und einem saubereren Code erreicht werden kann, also habe ich einige Zeit gebraucht aktualisiert es
Die LibraryFragment ListView sollte mit dem Auswahlmodus "none" definiert werden.

Das Listenelement sollte über einen Vordergrund von? Attr/enabledBackgroundIndicator verfügen, damit das hervorgehobene, semitransparente Overlay automatisch auf list.setItemChecked (pos, true) gezeichnet wird.

ihre Lösung ist die beste und einfachste Lösung für diesen Thread. Aber es gibt ein kleines Problem in der getView () - siehe meine obigen Kommentare.
